You believe everything a salesman promises you? Shame.
Do you mean the lotion left a rubbery residue, or you had an allergic reaction that made you feel rubbery? Either way, you're supposed to test in a small area before the full application for this exact reason. Most lotions they'll even let you test before you buy (though I don't know for that particular store).
Turn around and return it! Especially if this happened within a few days to even a week they should take it back! Tell them what happened. If for some reason you get a cranky worker, contact the manager! Theyre really good with letting you return or swap!

Stick with natural products with very few ingredients Coconut oil works great and you can add some essential oils such as frankincense to benefit your skin
