What type of allegation ? Even if you are better than him/her your job, if you have been mistreating him/her, they have the right to report you. If the accusations are rubbish, ask for proof
The individual is known to report others due to personal dislike. Unfortunately management does nothing about it.
don't you have proof saying otherwise though? from someone presumably higher up in your company anyway
Wait - were you accused of poor performance by a co-worker? Or did a poorly-performing co-worker make some other type of allegation against you? Sentence structure matters.
A lazy coworker made allegations against me while I did 3/4 of the work during the shift.
They were accused of poor work performance by a co-worker. So does context.
If you typed up your own certificate, that's not going to help much, plus it's just sad.
The certificate was awarded by other coworkers, nothing to do with me.
Suspended due to an ‘allegation’ of poor performance, that they didn’t request proof for? Talk to HR, consider suing. Because suspension stays on your record
I have involved legal advice and an outside agency, yeah.
good luck
I would talk to HR to find out what you actually did poor performance on. Hopefully our are able to show that you didn’t do it poorly
I'm getting the feeling you're not telling the whole story.
Essentially I worked as usual but this coworker [known to slander others] decided to cut at my reputation due to envy. Management does nothing.
Slap the certificate down on the table and tell them to stop playing games because the state labor board doesn't like businesses that play games.

Allegations of poor performace even though you have proof of recent praise for your work? They are up to something - tbh your co worker could just be a trouble maker (I've know a few of those) or someone could be after your job.
