that's just life. it's just a rule you have to follow. it sucks, but oh well.
no **** that, just tell the people to **** off and give you your dog. if they don't give it back, threaten legal action, even tho it's stupid, they'll be afraid of bring sued so you'll get your dog back
Look on the bright side, you HAVE your dog back, and you didn't find her dead at the side of the road. It was definitely ridiculous, but what wouldn't you do to get a family member back?
and they fed your dog while he was there. Probably didn't cost them 250 dolars but at least something.
That happened to us before with my cat. The guy who lived behind us kept calling the pound to come and take her, so we kept having to go and get her and pay for her.
Try keeping your cat in your own yard then.... I'm a cat owner too, it's totally possible!
That's awesome that you got your dog back though
Well they did feed and take care of your dog for however long they had him.
That sounds weird. Couldn't you provide a picture to the lady to prove that you owned the dog. I mean I don't know how legal that crap is since I pay licensing fees to the town and have pictures of my dog. I'd be damned if the local pound was to ignorant to realize she/he was rightfully my pet. FYL.
The problem is, the dog being lose probably broke the by law, and they cared for the dog for around a month and probably provided vet care. They need reimbursed.
Glad you got your dog back, but to expect it for free ain't right. Shelters need $ to run. Get your dog a microchip, would have saved you the $.
How long does it take to write money? Cash? Moola? Dough? Bucks?
yo fault, put a tag on your dog.
Keywords
FYL indeed....but you should have put those chips they put in dogs to track them down, then all they had to do is scan it and your info would pop out.....
