At least he didn't fire you. If he still whines to you, record it somehow, or get the girl to record him so you two can report your boss and have proof.
I would have just walked away....its up to the secretary to file a complaint. But kudos to you for at least saying something;)
So you would have, by omission (failure to speak up), condoned (approved of) his behavior? Very kind of you. Ya ever think there's maybe, I dunno, a REASON she hasn't filed a complaint yet? Afraid of losing her job or something if it doesn't work in her favor? You think she likes having eat lunch with her boss and putting up with his creeptastic behavior?
Take it to local news
Good job done. Just get a new job.
Good job OP!!!
I think you could have been more polite about it, but it is good that you spoke up. (This is assuming that you actually said something along the lines of "Hey, [boss], go see a ******* therapist for Christ's sake!") You still have something to use against him.
Was the job loss worth it? I'd like to think so. OP should easily get the job back in court.
I suggest you have a candid discussion with HR. Stick to the facts regarding what led to your suspension. Press for the suspension to be removed and perhaps another assignment with a different reporting senior...one who is not a buddy of your current boss. Let HR handle the boss hitting on the other lady. There is mo denying that her orientation makes the situation humorous but it has no bearing on the issue. No company worth staying with will let something this overt get swept under the rug.

I'm pretty sure that's sexual harassment and can be sued for that.
That sucks sorry OP that your boss is a creeper
