Do you know why a-holes like this act the way they do? Because they get away with it. It is that simple. His antics might not work for his desired end state ( lay the lesbian secretary) but he has not been stopped either. The second and third order influences of doing nothing about this are toxic. I suggest that OP consider chatting with the secretary and both of them going to HR and stand up to this A-hole. If OP doesn't stand up to this guy he will begin looking for who is next and push harder. Perhaps lunch turns into overnight business trips?
tahahaaaa thats prime
I'm torn between fyl and ydi. On one hand, I can completely understand and I think something should be done. Losing it on your *Boss* is not what should be done. You need to report it to higher ups, and talk to his secretary to go for sexual harassment. What your boss is doing is against the law and you need to fight it, not bitch him out. He doesn't think he's in the wrong, and some lowly employee (not that you're low, but in his opinion you're just a subservient/subordinate) is not going to tell him otherwise. Basically, you're not in the position to tell him he's a creep and needs help, even though you're right. So this complaint needs to go above his head, and with a full follow up from the secretary.
I can't decide if this is and FML or a YDI. You did tell him to see a therapist, in a very vulgar manner but for a good reason.... FML and YDI.
Good job sticking up for the co-worker! Maybe time to involve HR and have the boss check out the unemployment office
WOW that is weird

I'm pretty sure that's sexual harassment and can be sued for that.
That sucks sorry OP that your boss is a creeper
