Today, I went on a double date with my bestfriend. At the end of the night, her boyfriend gave her a long kiss, and texted her 5 minutes after we left to say he missed her already. My boyfriend picked his nose, then gave me a fist bump as a goodbye. FML

Today, I went on a date with a guy that I really like. At the last minute he informed me a friend would be tagging along. To keep his friend from being a third-wheel, I kept up a conversation, and managed to piss my date off. He thought I would be a better match for his friend. FML

Today, I went on my first date in over a year, and my best friend popped up at the restaurant uninvited. To make it worse, she pulled up a chair right in between us and started an argument with the bartender. FML

Wow really YDI. Stop comparing your boyfriend to other people its wrong. I hate when people do that. If you don't like the way your boyfriend acts tell him, ever thought of that. If his attitude doesnt change dump him.

According to some comments, romance is asking for too much. But really, it depends on the person. Some people don't like a lot of sentiment. Others do. My boyfriend is more like the first one. He loves showing affection and I love receiving it. It works perfectly for the both of us.
