Aw, poor guy. I have panic disorder so I get that stuff. It might have made him light-headed, which is a big trigger for a large number of people with the disorder. He should lie down next time you are doing it. Unless, of course, it's because of past trauma. You don't typically get a panic attack just from "nerves".
