It's important to know what's in the food you eat, good job. By the way, did your mom catch gorging down junk food lately?
OP, I really hope that you do go and seek help. Eating disorders are incredibly hard on the body. You could have a heart attack from the weight fluctuation, or if you're bulimic, you could die from a hole in your esophagus. I'm glad you accepted it, as now you can try and recover. Good luck.
Make sure not to gain weight through your scalp!
That's not the way to do a colon cleanse. In all seriousness though, eating disorders are nothing to be trifled with OP and I wish you all the best in overcoming this.
I have a similar situation. I'm stressing about my weight lately. I been dieting and exercising to lose my stomach. Went to a sushi place yesterday and got stressed and angry because I ate too much. >.
Same but with laundry detergent......haha jk. But really that does suck. You should see a therapist of some sort
I hope this is the beginning of a new chapter for you. Best of luck in dealing with your new realization. Good of you to have the courage to confront it. Hope you get the help and support you need.
I'm split at the minute... this is a site for laughs so I understand the light hearted comments... But op has a serious problem. EDs aren't a trivial thing, they rip your life apart and 6 years after I started getting help I still panic if I eat the wrong thing, or cook it the wrong way, miss a run or don't run far enough.. They're not a joke. Good luck OP
Stay strong, OP! Do your best to take care of yourself, you can overcome this :)

No wonder I've gotten so fat. I don't use the recommended amount of shampoo; I just slather my hair with as much as I can.
Acceptance is the first stage :) Eating disorders are hard to get over, so good luck :)
