Today, I found out that if I don't get fillings in at least ten of my teeth within the next year, I could lose them all. I'm 19. FML

Actually semen is pretty good for your teeth. At least, that's what guys tell me. :s

Maybe it's bad luck genetics, [there are some people that are just bound to lose their teeth no matter what] but even so, basic oral care isn't that hard. I'm 29 and I still have healthy teeth and 0 cavities.....course I also brush my teeth 3 times a day too....

hey... don't worry I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years because we didn't have health insurance... im only 18 and I had over 20 cavities filled

If you don't have health insurance, wouldn't that be a reminder to take extra care of your teeth? I'm sure you've spent more on getting over 20 cavities fixed than you would on health insurance.

That's no excuse they have discount plans so a exam can be under $50 and the silver fillings $409 but you can get them for less then that depending on plans they provide.

I should add something $409 is for only two silver fillings. If you went in earlier then you could have fixed them for this much which is significantly less. Since you don't have the kind of money to pay a bill like the one you will have take the other persons advice and get dental insurance soon as possible.
