Today, I was on the phone with my best guy friend, who I have loved for years. I was talking about school and all of a sudden he said, "I love you." I flipped out saying, "Oh my god, oh my god. I love you too!" He responded with, "What?" He was talking to his mom, who was walking out the door. FML

Today, my best friend whom I have been in love with for years, called me, proposed, and confessed his love for me. He was at a noisy bar so I asked him to call me back later and we'd discuss it. He called back later, hungover, with no recollection of our conversation whatsoever. FML

Today, at a bus stop my friend told me that he loved me. I, reacting on impulse, told him how long I've wanted to hear him say that, and kissed him. Then I realised the look on his face. Turns out he'd said 'I need new shoes' not 'I love you.' FML

#313/ fretforyerlatte - awwwh, that's such a sweet story! just admit it if you like someone, sometimes they feel the same way and just need the other person to break the ice. or would you rather watch them get a gf/bf and marry someone else while you wonder about all the "what if"s? if you guys are truly best friends, a confession like this won't hurt your friendship. :)

haha that happend to my dad when he was in a drive through. he was talking to his dad and had to hang up right as he got the food, and he was using blue tooth haha but ya tht sux dude
