Today, my wife asked if I wanted a threesome with her friend for my birthday. I couldn't tell if she was being sincere, or secretly testing me. I had such a bad panic attack that I passed out and went to the hospital. Oh, and she's mad at me now for "getting excited at the prospect of cheating." FML

If your wife emotionally abuses you by "testing" you to the point of panic attacks, and then tries to gaslight you into making you think it's your fault, you need some serious intervention. This isn't normal and it isn't OK, OP. You need to put a stop to this one way or the other. Counseling may help, or separation, perhaps permanently.
