Laugh it off. Guys love girls with a sense of humor. 1) You let it get as far as it was anyway. 2) No doubt he would have told his roommate later and they would have high fived then just without you seeing this time. 3) You should have high fived him too. 4) Seemingly they both find you attractive so it was all in good fun. I really don't think this is that bad.

These guys are both my heroes. And, besides, I completely agree with #186. You must be pretty good looking for them to high-five or else the roommate would probably be picking on him. So your best bet would have been to give the roommate a high-five too.
