Except she probably still has to go to the shop to pick up the dead car since which might mean a big scene. I say this because the tow truck driver had to have been taking the dead car somewhere, and where else but the shop is most likely? I assume he wasn't just standing around listening while she made the complaint, he had more than likely already left with the car.
