Today, while walking to work, I accidentally dropped my $400 cell phone on the sidewalk. The screen shattered into a million pieces. A woman passing by looked at the ruined phone and said, "Now that's what you call a dropped call!" She laughed and kept walking. FML

Today, to keep my phone safe while I went on some rides, I took it out of my pocket so I could put it in my bag. Just as I pulled it out, a woman ran into me, knocking my phone to the ground and breaking the screen. FML

Today, I dropped my 400 dollar iphone, that's been through toilets and 6 foot falls, on a walmart floor and shattered the screen. I managed, however, to catch the 2 dollar macaroni and cheese before it hit the ground. FML

Today, I left my phone on the roof of my car after pumping gas. I drove off, and it wasn't until I heard a thud that I realized what had happened. Now my phone has a gash in the screen, and it's receiving angry texts from my girlfriend that I can't answer. FML

Today, I forgot my phone on the roof of my car. I took a 30 minute drive from my friend's city to my city. I got on to my driveway, surprised to see my phone still there. Thinking I'm really lucky, I pick up my phone. Then, I trip over a pebble, cracking my phone in the process. FML

Wow, you were ripped off. That phone should be just as durable as a cheap one; in fact, it should be more so. Unless you dropped that thing from the 40th floor balcony, it should be just fine (with maybe a few scratches or dents). Go. Get your money back.

If you bought the phone without a warranty, YDI. How does such an expensive cell phone break so easily? I have an iPhone that's dropped to the floor more than once and it doesn't have a scratch. Also, saying "floor" implies someplace indoors; and a woman passing by saw you drop your cell phone? Ha! So a woman broke into your house and watched you drop your $400 cell phone which shattered into a million pieces? Get your story straight!
