Have a talk with her about how you feel regarding the subject of her wanting attention from her friends so badly she overshares information about time you two spend alone, and then uses it to help ridicule you. If a guy did that to a female, you'd better believe we'd get upset! It's only fair that she return the favor and keep her mouth shut. I would tell her you don't appreciate it, and let her know in the future you won't warn her, you will tell her friends something embarrassing about her. Sometimes, that's the only way to give people empathy.
