Well that documentation could easily be dismissed unless its handwritten or been printed. I've had to fight tooth and nail for a project that someone literally stole and I got blamed for stealing my own work. Its not an easy job.
Definitely take this to her boss, do not stand up for that at all. If nothing happens, start looking for another job ASAP. Nobody deserves to be treated like that in a workplace.
