Looks like it's time to go above her and report her for attempting to take credit for what she isn't doing. it might not even be the first time.
terrible situation, but lean into it. You wanna be back on here later because you got shoved out of a job for attacking the system? bide your time till you're in HER chair, maybe even squeeze some "favors" out of her. All's fair in love, war, and office politics.
This actually happened to my mum when she was publishing a report. The person who edited it removed her name and put his name as the only person on the document. This was an important document and now my mum has lost the recognition that she would of got.
All these young people demanding that you seek justice! You little ***** don't understand that it doesn't always work that way in the office. And I bet you have no concept of how it works in Hong Kong. You go to her bosses boss and complain and usually they get a informal "Hey, don't do that" and you get years of retribution from your pissed off boss. I've been there, and known people who've been there. Best case scenario (in the US at least) is you can document the case with your union steward and use it in evidence for future grievances, but be prepared to file a half dozen times. Also, your union rep doesn't give a shit about you. Keep that in mind.
you should have put in a ridiculous sentence (doubt she had time to review it) then print it again.
Next time your boss tries this, either sneak in hidden messages revealing that you did the work or do a horrible job so that your boss looks like an idiot.
shred it
plagarism is illegal, you can sue
change it back

Definitely take this to her boss, do not stand up for that at all. If nothing happens, start looking for another job ASAP. Nobody deserves to be treated like that in a workplace.
Don't take this shit. Put your foot down!
