Men have strange hobbies. Most men I know are into collecting one thing or another. For some it's cars or guns, others like comic books or action figures. I'm a movie guy myself. Most of my friends also play video games, all of them are over 25. Most of them are reliable family men. Apart from video games, the guys is accused of "having pokemon and bionicles in his room". I still have many of my childhood toys, and I'm never getting rid of my legos. At least not until I can pass them to my own offspring. I can't for the life of me find anything immature about that. Personally I despise Pokemon. I can't see why anyone would waste their time watching pokemon, when there's actual good anime available. I have familiarized myself with the pokemon card game though, and it looks to be more interesting than poker or blackjack. I remember my friend talking about magic the gathering when we were young, and the pokemon card game seems quite similar. If someone hadn't mentioned in the comments that the OP is actually a guy, I would not have noticed it either. Maybe because he sounded like a whiny, judgemental bitch. I would be interested in knowing what the OP did to make his partner say he needs to grow up. Until I get clarification, I'm imagining hissy-fits with flying plates and phrases like "you never take me anywhere!".
Call of Duty is amazingg :) but if he's choosing games over you, you deserve alot better. I play CoD alot two but my girlfriend knows she's a top priority in my life and games, well there not. You deserve better though.
jesus christ.... grow up. and grow up to all to people who said YDI to the OP coz he was 'dissing' COD. it's just a game and little figurines and stuff in someone's room doesnt highlight their maturity. take me as an example, i'm a serious A/B student and my room is ****** multicoloured

Call of Duty is awesome! Grow up, you bitch!
Hey I got a man that collects tranformers and poses them. not to mention this halo-battlestar galactica display of figures and cylons coming out of the stargate. I love my geek, everyone has their inner child, his excuse was that you were immature but in truth you may have just been too clingy.
YDI How is playing Call of Duty "not grown up"? Bitch

Dude, your boyfriend broke up with you and you posted a whiney FML about it? Who -really- needs to grow up?
Yep, you definately need to grow up. There's nothing wrong with playing video games and having 'collectables' (aka Toys) as long as they don't take over your life. Your childish reaction to this breakup shows me that you need to grow up regardless if he does or not.
