You're Asian, right? I will tell you a true story. A few years ago at a football game at Aloha Stadium, I sent my wife (she's Korean) to buy me a beer. The guy selling the beer asked for her ID, she was 55 at the time. I swear it's a true story. She was mad too, but at the same time was complimented too.
I've been accused of skipping school. I'm 21.
My husband is 23 but continually is mistaken for 13-16. It is rather annoying when inconsiderate people blurry out oh is that your son? I look older he looks younger....
If a waitress was talking that way to my gf I would remind her where I'd she
I understand your pain. It's annoying. Not too long long ago a cashier asked me at checkout if I was old enough to be shopping by myself. I'm 24.
Weirdly enough, I've been mistaken both for being older than my age and younger (though younger far more often). Recently, I was carded at WalMart for buying an R-rated movie. Ironically enough, the movie was Superbad, which has that whole subplot about fake IDs and getting carded. On the other hand, I was volunteering at Special Olympics awhile back and someone asked if I was the mother of one of the teenagers.

Just think, when you're ninety you won't look a day past thirty! :)
That's sort of a good thing to look young;)
