Happy Caturday

Today, my cat got sprayed by a skunk for the fifth time in two years. He still loves to chase skunks, and gets sprayed every time he does. The putrid scent doesn’t seem to bother him at all, either. Every night, he normally pushes himself up against my face and nose. It’s gonna be a long, restless smelly few days. FML

Just keep your damn cat indoors. Boom, problem solved, and it’ll extend your cat’s lifespan by up to ten years years plus keeping it healthier too.

Bring your cat in when you smell skunks in the area? My dog has been skunked twice and hated it both times. The fact that your cat doesn't mind the smell means it won't learn.

Easier said than done. Once had strictly indoor cats, but my Siamese loves being outside. At least he doesn’t chase skunks.

mix a paste (not too thick) with baking soda and peroxide. smear it all over your cat and let it sit for about 20 to 30 min and then rinse. worked like a charm in my cat.

get de-skunk shampoo at Walmart. worked great with our dumb beagle.

Think of it this way, the smell keeps the coyote's from nabbin your cat.

Why would you let the cat anywhere near you smelling like skunk?
