Today, my boyfriend and I were having a conversation about the lack of communication in our relationship. I told him that sometimes I feel like he doesn't really care about me at all. If he did, he would listen more. His response? "I know your name, don't I?" FML

Well, it looks like you got your answer. Now you can rest your case and leave him. At least he's being honest and telling you how he really feels. In that case, be honest with yourself; you know that this isn't the kind of relationship you want for the long run. He's taken you for granted, so go find someone who won't.
