I'm not going out there

Today, a family of geese nested outside my halls of residence. They have started attacking everyone who tries to get in or out of the building. I'm basically being placed under house arrest by birds. FML

Animal Farm; all animals are equal but some are more equal than the others. Guess the geese are now more equal than himans

Um...they are birds. Lightly kick them away and go about your business.

I'll ask dad to go up with one of his shotguns. Geese are gorgeous when roasted. We have enough meat in freezer though, can barely get store bought stuff in. (My Dad is a licensed and registered wildfowler and has several guns).

We have the same problem at my uni. This year, they decided to help students out by posting a "goose-watch" map on the school website with all the know nest sites. They also put up blockades with warning signs to watch for nesting geese. It's pretty intense. I definitely feel your pain, OP.
