Today, I was training for my new job at a restaurant. As part of training, they give you free food so you know what to recommend, and the dish I got was really good. Eight hours later I saw it again while I was puking. I got food poisoning from my own workplace. FML

@ 17 and 42: Incubation for 95% of viruses that cause food poisoning is less than 5 hours. If you say, 'well, she was that other 5%,' I'm going to slap you.

lol 8 hours? you didnt get food poisoning from your work.... food poisoning only take 1/2 hour to 3 hours after w/e you ate. so i think you got food poisoning from your own house or something :D

sorry if someone has already said this, but food poisoning takes 24-48 hours to set in. you weren't sick from the food you ate at the restaurant.
