Thanksgiving was last month. /Canadian
I had the opposite issue. I was baking ribs ( sub-zero temps outside prevented me from smoking them properly ). My grandmother was there & turned them up to 450 because that's " the only temperature you should cook meat at"... I don't pay attention to them when they're baking because they take 2-3 hours to cook. They were done ( chewy & dried out ) within an hour. She never apologized and has done this every time she is over & I'm cooking.

Well, at least you can thank her for one thing: spending more time with your family! They're all going to wait until the turkey's done, right?
Well, by that point it won't matter what the food tastes like, people gonna eat that shit 'til it's goneeee. :)
