I think it's kinda clever that he would twist the whole "paper" thing and get you cigarettes. But if I were a woman I would want something more romantic than that. Like someone said, romantic doesn't always equal practical... but he still should have known you well enough not to do that. And about the smoking argument. We all have the freedom to do what we want to do. No one can tell me/her/anyone else not to smoke if it's their choice to do so or not. Even if it hurts us, some of us need that momentary "smoke break" to gather our thoughts. Some of us enjoy the finer things and smoke pipes. I for one love a good smoke with a friend. Cigars FTW!!!

what is the matter with you? if you smoke then its a better gift than flowers, oooh flowers they are so beautiful...can you smoke them? Are they useful in any way? Seriously would ONE woman tell me why flowers are so damn magical to them?

Wow, I thought it was pretty clear that cigarettes are not a good gift...for anyone...especially your wife/girlfriend....and for your anniversary... And it's not being spoiled if the OP thought her husband should be a little more romantic for their first anniversary. And I love #90 lol
