Why does everyone say to "Mind his/her own business"? Maybe the OP is fairly tech savvy with a computer as was thinking "hey, i'll see what's wrong and see if i can fix it" I know that's what i would have done. Jesus, people are so judgmental these days.
Toss 'em $20.00 and walk out. Library computers are equivalent to an e-Machine.
You can walk out next time. Security guards can't stop you.
Haha that's what you get for being so damn nosy! :P .... well i guess i shouldn't be the one to talk cuz i probably would've done the same thing xD FYL lol
Errr, since when to library's have security guards...?
Wow... That's what you get when you are not very bright You should've just stayed away from it in the first place or Not looked suspicious or like a creeper... (which you probably naturally look like) or Calmly expalined to the security guard that you were just looking at it after the guy left
Curiosity /did/ kill the cat, y'know.

Tell them to check the security camera to prove you didn't do it.
What the heck is with all of you saying he deserves it for getting in other peoples business? The other guy left. There's no way you deserve it. Maybe he wanted to look at the computer and see what was wrong with it. Sounds like he could have been trying to be helpful. Pretty stupid librarian to not know that the guy left and you came there. She obviously wasn't paying very much attention to what people looked like, either. Sucks.
