What a nice woman- teaching her daughter how to be judgmental. I never really understood why people throw the piercings and body modifications image with their view of people with unstable relationships and lives. I know two girls who have this same piercing and they are both intelligent, informed, kind and fun women to be around. (and it makes them look sexy, might I add) Don't even fret, OP. She was being very shallow and that type of attitude calls for some karma. After all, you can't fix stupid.

What a bizarre and EXTREMELY rude response. And what is she teaching her daughter with this?? I’m a parent - my answer would have been “because people like to decorate their bodies however it makes them happy!”
