Actually, facepalm is a 1.5x multiplier, so now it's 6 weeks.
my principal does that, but with detentions instead of grounding. if you try to explain how really you didn't do anything, she goes "don't talk back! now you'll sit double!" it's really annoying
I guess your mom thinks you're a super daughter/son and will automatically wake up to see a note she left on a counter. You know, I know something else that may have worked; there are these things called phones now. She could've just called you to make sure you got up -__- FYL.
Or she could have knocked on the kid's door to wake up. Do people only talk by phone in your home?
You have no idea. My mom calls me all the time... From the next room!!!! and im like "why dont u come in my room?!!???" Usually fallowed "can u get me tea" or " turn on my lightswitch"
If you had gotten up at a decent time you would have seen the note. I think you missed why she was yelling at you.
7am on a sunday morning is an ungodly hour to wake up, asshole
#25 No, but since the mom left a note on the counter, I assumed she wasn't home to tell her daughter/son to do chores. So, the next best thing is using a phone.

Dude...do we have the same mother?
F*ck you
While you're getting your butt up, maybe you can take some English classes.
Exactly.
OP, ignore everyone telling you YDI for sleeping in. Is that not what the weekends are for? Frankly, your mother should have informed you the night before she needed you up early. I don't understand parental logic sometime, I once got grounded because my mother thought I snuck out of the house. Why did she think that? Because she forgot she had stuck a pizza box in the fridge the night before and thought I had snuck out, gotten pizza, and brought it home. Parents seem to have amnesia when it comes to finding opportunities to ground their children. It's like they find joy in making life difficult for you at times!
What the ****. Why are our moms so retarded?
Damn

Wait, 11:00 P.M. right? 11:00 A.M. is just an urban legend.
