Today, I was at Walmart when I saw my grandpa in the next aisle looking at magazines. Wanting to surprise him, I ran up behind him and hugged him around the middle. Up close, I realized he wasn't my grandpa. FML

I had the same thing happen to me at my daughter's high school graduation. I came up from behind to hug and congratulate her but it wasn't her. Fortunately, it was one of her friends and she had a good sense of humor about it.

Hey I noticed. After hugging a stranger, you should say "I'm so sorry but you are very similar to my sister..." If you WERE good looking guy, this would be successful.
