Mistaken identity

Today, I was walking to my car when I saw a large man walking behind me. I hurried to open my car as he was approaching quickly, but the door wasn't unlocking and I panicked. I then realized that it wasn't even my car. As I walked away from it, he walked up and unlocked the door. FML

That will teach you that while it is good to be aware and cautious in these kind of situations judging people just on their size/features will not usually work in your favour. Epic Fail!

Ahaha, oh man that reminds me of how a young child might mistaken someone else for their mother. But yeah, must've been embarrassing, nonetheless I wouldn't call it a FML.

how are they a racist... they never said his color... maybe you're a racist lizo

I agree with #2, probably racist. i'm 6'7, black and young, and i get that all the time. It really bothers me, but, at least I know that the majority of the time I probably have more money than the person spazzing out about me. So **** you bastards.... respectfully.

Oh Wow. If I Were That Other Person I'd Be Like WTF. You Should Get An Electric Starter So You Can Find Your Car Easier So That Doesn't Happen Again.

how is this a **** my life exactly ??

I would have been freaked to. I'm totally paranoid though. Keep the doors locked on my apt at all times.

Oh and xjlynn16x my mom always had a way of doing that and embarassing us kids all at the same time...Panic alarm lol

It really sucks to be on the other end, though. I'm 6'3"/230. It's embarrassing when you're minding your own business and people do panicky stuff like unlock their car real quick or keep looking over their shoulder. Don't worry, most people don't want to rape you, mug you, or kill you. Odds are, most of the bigger people would help you.
