Mr Empathy

Today, over the past 48 hours, my husband has ignored a dog with a broken leg, because, “It’s not our dog, so it’s not our problem,” and also ignored a young lost boy crying for his mother in Asda, because, “He’s not our son, so who cares?” I think I want a divorce. FML

Both of those are major red flags, sounds totally heartless, I would look at the relationship as by the sounds of it there are more red flags, think you need to do a runner there, sorry to hear though, it can’t be easy

He'll probably be happy with that. He can let you try to solve the world's problems while he lives in his nice isolated bubble.

I don't blame you for wanting a divorce.

I think you want a divorce too. he has zero sympathy

Since you obviously don't realize this, these are not just major red flags ,these are sociopathic red flags showing absolutely no compassion or sympathy towards a hurt animal or Lost child. you need to get out of there now!!! 😨

I don't know if my bf would get that far but he has issues with empathy as well. Thanks god i have too much of it and so i can be the moral compass for us. It works pretty good but when your husband denies to learn...divorce. People should know when to help and crying children or injured animals are definitely such a case.

I wonder if any of this kind of behavior showed up BEFORE the marriage, or just started happening.
