Oh the poor thing :/ Usually horses calm down when they see that the rest oft the herd keeps being calm. So as long as your other horses aren't freaking out she's most likely going to be more satisfied soon. Giver her a lot of time and make aure she has enough company to learn from.
Kind of sounds like only one horse (no herd). Also sounds like ulcers - uncomfortable, tense, reactive, loss of weight and general decline in condition

Hm...true. Both is really bad for a horse. They should never be kept alone and mybe she needs to see a vet :/ I hope OP sorts out what's going on soon!
