Right. Did anyone consider that OP and the ex ended on good terms and were never particularly close? Maybe they tried dating for a couple of weeks and realised they were better off as friends. Or who knows, maybe they managed to put their differences aside and be mature about the breakup. Either way, I think it's quite sad that having anything to do with an ex automatically makes a girl a cheating *****.
YDI: you should have stopped, proved nothing was going on and explained the situation to the new bf. Maybe even ask if he wanted to hop in so you two could hang out after.
Should have stopped and said "Best thing ever!" And shown appreciation for him doing that in front of the ex.
YDI. You could have at least told him you were helping your ex out so he knows your not cheating. but at the same time its weird that you were helping him out in the first place.

Not that your boyfriend has a right to know your every move, but this could have been prevented if you simply communicated with him. It is as simple as, "Hey honey I still talk with Ex and he needs someone to give him a ride..." Usually if you are hanging out with an ex, the current boyfriend likes a heads up. Why you would hide this I don't know. But for future reference say something to the person you are with then there won't be mistakes/assumptions made.
Why are you with your ex-boyfriend in the first place? I want an explanation too! >8| YDI
