Today, I was on a date with a guy, we were sitting in a restaurant having a fairly good conversation, when I had to go to the washroom. I left the table and when I came back, he was gone. Along with my wallet and car keys. FML

#42, I think it's actually pretty common for most people in Canada to say "washroom" these days. I have friends that do it. OP, that sucks. :/ Cancel your credit cards if you have any and tell the phone company to shut off your phone, or whatever. At least now you know not to leave your stuff unguarded, right?

usually you have the phone number of the person you're dating? that's usually how you arrange the date

Sure hope he doesn't know where you live!Also like someone else said maybe he just left and some other random person took your stuff.It is a YDI but also a FYL because it's a bummer when someone steals something of yours.

you kinda deserve it for not taking your keys and purse with you. always always always do that. not even your spouce. I would always take it with me.
