Today, I got back from a six month deployment overseas. My girlfriend of three years couldn't pick me up from the airport because she had an intramural softball game to go to. FML

lol, at #3. No one takes intramural sports seriously. Certainly no one considers it a responsibility to play intramural sports where half the people show up drunk. This was a burn big time. You should take as much offense to this as possible.

ok your girlfriend is a bitch.......... My husband is deployed in Iraq right now and I will drop everything in a second for when he comes home. I dont care what that is. You people are stupid calling him needy and telling him to get over it she had responsibilities. Do you understand how many men and women who dont get to come home everyday? #123. When they leave, the troops have no idea when they'll be stateside again. He couldn't just "give her a date" before he left. My boyfriend has been gone for three months already, and the most I know about when he comes home is that it will be somewhere from August to October. And even that could change. Scheduled dates in the military always change.
