How did you not notice somebody cut your ponytail off? I always play with my hair without thinking about it, and I defiantly think I'd notice if somebody cut half of it off.

I would certainly be pissed if someone other than my hairdresser touched my hair. If he gets a new colourist I take my time to trust them. I take alot of care with my hair and it shows. Perhaps the OP feels the same way I do.
