This is new normal. It's pathetic
Pretty typical - It’s rare to hear back that the answer is “no”. And it’s always been that way as far back as I remember… If you don’t hear back in 2 weeks the answer is “no”… If you think there’s a chance after the interview, call back a day or two later and ask if they have any questions that they might not have asked at the time. It’s a polite way to keep your name in their minds… Finally have a friend or family member you respect look over your resume to make sure it’s fitting for the jobs you are applying for.
