Have you tried turning it off and then back on again?
It’s not real likely that a cat could damage the keyboard itself (possible I guess but unlikely). Much more possible that it pulled the keyboard USB cable loose from the computer or possibly damaged the keyboard cable… Try: (1) Plugging the keyboard back into the computer… (2) Turn off the computer power from the computer power switch - Just press and hold until the computer starts shutting down. Then turn it back on.
