Noise annoys

Today, I went to a Jack's Mannequin concert. I'd asked this girl I'm interested in to come with me, and she insisted that she had to bring her two year-old son with us. I'd told her it was no problem. Ten minutes into it, she said we needed to leave because it was too loud for him. FML

Bringing a two-year-old on what you wanted to be a date? You set yourself up for that one.

You went to a Jack's Mannequin concert. Your life is awesome.

Hey, I've been to a Jack's Mannequin concert. Amazing music, but you should have known better and called a sitter! It's an intense show with crazy fans, and that's not even to mention the pot they smoke only after rushing and shoving their ways to the stage. Not a good setting for a baby.

I would've killed a bitch before I left. Going to Jack's Mannequin tomorrow night!! So ******* excited!!

YDI. What makes you think you can bring a 2 year old to a concert?

They're always here in Utah. I've always wanted to see them live but never get the damn chance. Oh well, I'll get a chance soon enough. :)

She is an idiot. Who would bring a 2 year old to a concert? Little kids have sensitive ears. YDI for liking that idiot and thinking that it would be okay to bring a 2 year old there!

I don't think that you realize that you are going to have a *very different sort of relationship* with a single mother of a young child. It is not going to be like dating a childless woman at all. Early bed-times, babysitters, visitation with daddy, spontaneous changes in plans... you need to have realistic expectations if you seriously want the relationship to work. She's at fault, too, for expecting to take the little one on a date - to a loud concert, no less.

Jack's Mannequin concerts are not rowdy or loud. I would have told her "Not my kid, not my problem".. Obviously by my user name I'm a HUGE Andrew fan. No way would I miss seeing him in concert because a girl was dumb enough to bring her 2 yr old kid. But you are dumber for agreeing. He's amazing in person. I saw him and got to ask him a question at the Dear Jack private screening. and I get to see Something Corporate reunite next month at Bamboozle Left in Anaheim :) No one may care but I'm excited.
