People can get on the list who didn't do anything wrong. Maybe he pulled down his pants to pee in a lake and got convicted of indecent exposure. Find out what happened.

Okay, if you're fascinated w/ a criminals psychology and such, you probably look into these kinda things for fun. I know I do. I usually read about some case on the Crime Library site.

In the USA most people on those lists are there for stupid stuff. Like being caught peeing in an alley at night. Only a small proportion are there for real, serious, offenses. I should know, I'm a sex off... uh, I mean a cop.
