at least it wasnt a malignant melanoma...those have a much higher mortality rate. with basal cell there is a good chance you will be fine.

Why the HELL are you sorry they discovered a cancer that is easily treatable unless ignored for a long time? That’s just... well, stupid
My mom had that and was able to remove all the cancer but left her with big scar on her head but she’s cancer free.
Not sure what that is. But if you were able to diagnose yourself then you might have caught it early enough where you can treat it before if hurts your body.
Why FYL? Basal cell is easily treatable when caught early. Stop being a drama queen and kudos on your diagnosis
