Atleast you didn't have to make an ass out of yourself when you tried to return the 'blue' microwave back to the appliance store. Be glad your 12 y.o. has common sense. YDI.
My thoughts exactly.
I'm gonna take a wild stab in the dark here, OP... Is your hair blonde?
omg i know right!! and they dont leave air bubbles so how are we sopposed to know?
lmao yup defo! XD
...I hope you're joking... if not I kinda wanna punch you
LOL
now i dojnt usually comment from my G1 fml app because its ti much work-ish. but this time i have to FAILp!!!!!!11 über FAIL!!!!!!one!1 all stainless steel appliances are laminated with plastic to prevent scratching while assemling the final pieces of the appliance.
me too!! in spring i got a new dishwasher, and i was all excited because when the repair man pulled it out it was blue and my kitchen is blue (i live in an apartment so i don't have control over the color of the appliances), and then the repair man laughed at me and took off the protective layer. it's right up against the appliance to protect it during shipping, it really does look like it's part of the machine.
Wow... Fail

So there was a protective cover on your microwave and you didn't realize. Yes, your life is really difficult. Oh how you suffer.
Are you smarter than a 5th grader? I think not...
