Today, I had a massive argument with my boyfriend, in which he called me stupid repeatedly. I stomped out of his house and sent a very angry text to my best friend about him. She didn't text back. Then my boyfriend texted, "My girlfriend is so stupid, she can't even text the right number." FML

I've had massive arguments with my girlfriend where she's called me ******* retarded while I called her unfathomably autistic. Doesn't mean she's a terrible girlfriend, she's honestly the closest to perfection that I adore. And she considers me the same. Just cause they got in a fight and used harsh words doesn't necessarily either of them are incapable of compassion for each other or are terrible partners. Just means they need to control their anger a bit better, but sometimes that's hard. As long as it never comes to serious physical violence or actual emotional trauma...
