I honestly don't understand why everyone is so shocked. He's a boy. Unless he's a trans boy he has owned a penis his entire life and sees it every day. Maybe he just made a play doh sculpture of it because he thought it looked cool or whatever. As for knowing the word dick, he's probably learned that word from tv or older siblings or cousins. Honestly, I'd be more worried if he didn't have the faintest clue what the thing dangling between his legs was or if he was somehow unaware of its existence.
