Seriously??? You move your head forward when you sneeze you going backwards is not a natural movement when you sneeze...but that is hilarious I could so picture this A Monday morning all the other drivers and you are at a red traffic light and everyone else is half asleep then all of a sudden they hear your horn from your head hitting the horn and get startled lol.

True story: once I sneezed so hard while I was jogging on a logging road (bad judgement, I know) I slid 20 feet down a rocky ravine and came back covered in blood. And to top it off, when people asked what happened I had to say, "I sneezed".
