I set my cruise control to the speed limit on most highways and just drive, stay in the right lane unless to pass slower vehicles and I'll be damned if you speeding up behind me is going to intimidate me to move any faster, I'll move back over when I'm ready.

YDI for assuming the tailgating was about intimidating you. It's not. They don't give a crap about you or how you feel, they just want to get somewhere quicker. If they want to drive faster, let them. Just let them past - you don't have to worry about them anymore, they won't annoy you, problem solved. I live on a one lane road, and sometimes I go slower than other drivers - so I let them pass. No big deal. I appreciate it when drivers do that for me as well. Have some common courtesy and realize that it's not all about you. Pull over, and get over it.

Ahhh I do the same thing but usually when I'm speeding and people still tailgate me. So I drive slower and slower and take like a half mile an hour turn if possible.
