Today, the Snapchat that I was taking of my car being washed, including my commentary like, "Oooh yeah, get into it baby," was replayed loudly through my car via Bluetooth while the workers were inside and all around washing it. FML

Today, I went to get my car washed at one of those places where you can watch through the glass. I watched in horror, face pressed against the glass, as my car went through with the window down. FML

Today, I noticed that someone smeared "wash me" into the grime of my car. I decided to take it to get a wash. I pulled up, put my vehicle in neutral, and kicked back as it slowly started to move. You never realize how long it takes a sun roof to close until water is dumping on your head. FML

Today, on my way home from work, I went to the car wash. When the spray jets hit the car, my dog jumped out of his crate, into the front seat, and onto a button lowering both back windows. I got both an exterior and interior wash. FML

Today, I went to the mall with a couple of friends. While walking through the parking lot, we saw a very dirty car. You couldn't even see the inside of the car through the windows. I thought it would be funny to trace on the window, "Wash Me." After doing so, the driver got out of the car. FML

Today, I wanted to give my car a quick wash, to get the salt and road grime off. My girlfriend lodged herself up my ass and decided that we should deep-clean all four of our cars, then screamed at me when I didn't show enough enthusiasm. FML

Today, I was singing and drumming on the steering wheel in my car while stuck in traffic, only to realize the car next to me was full of my carpooling coworkers, all staring at me in disbelief. They spent the day at the office requesting songs. FML

Today, I was in a pool locker room, surrounded by semi-naked people. While changing into my clothes, I accidentally pushed a button on my phone, causing it to make the loud, unmistakable camera shutter sound effect. Everyone definitely heard it. FML

Today, in order to save money, instead of going to the car wash, I decided to wash my car at home. While sponging the roof, I slipped on the soapy driveway and ended up sliding under the car, getting soaked and covered in suds. My neighbor saw the whole thing and couldn't stop laughing. FML

Today, working at a fast food restaurant, I was cleaning dishes in the back. I started to sing to myself. During the chorus I heard the echo of my voice in my ear. My boss had pushed the talk button on my headset so every staff member and everyone in the lobby could hear me over the intercom. FML

If you're embarrassed by it or are worried they think of you as rude now, then you shouldn't have been sexualizing strangers or their jobs in the first place for your amusement behind their back. 🤷 ydi

Doesn’t matter what the genders involved are. Still sexual harassment. And it’s definitely rude to record sexualized commentary about random people without their permission (though in most states it’s not illegal if you aren’t recording their conversations). You sound like a stereotype of a construction worker.

If it were a man talking to women that way, it would be sexual harassment. But since the OP is female and the vast majority of car wash workers I've seen are male, it's cute and/or hot! Vive la difference!

Not sure why it says I'm female, I'm definitely a guy, as were all the workers. Hardly sexual harassment lol... they clearly took it for the joke that it was. Ps. there are places outside of the U.S. believe it or not; and where I'm from you can record whatever you want in public - commentary included :)

The fact that they continued to clean the car while you did this shows a level of professionalism that is to be greatly rewarded. Go buy them each a 6 pack and apologize.
