Great experiment bro! Maybe your next experiment will be on how going to bed a bit earlier effects the outcome. After that you could try testing caffeine. If all else fails you can ask your lecturer to be a little more interesting.
It's not always that simple to just get to sleep earlier or wake up later. I had to wake up at 5:20 every morning for most of the year after getting to bed no earlier than 11:00. One can't always control everything. Also caffeine doesn't necessarily do the same for everyone, caffeine doesn't really wake me up so much as calm me down.
Well that didn't go as planned.
When ever i have to pee during long drives it makes me tired for some reason
Jeez... I wont lie, I probably would have thought that'd work too. But wouldn't put it to the test.
Try this method before you go to bed and report back!
Tomorrow try stifling a good shit. Maybe that will work.
I can't imagine that ending well at all. Given OP's track record so far, we would likely end up in an even shittier situation.
Your body is supposed to wake you up to eliminate when it feels the urge past bedwetting age. That's not normal, go see a doc.
Have you tried caffeine tablets? I use Pro Plus. With my hypothyroidism and having to take heavy pain medications for my severe nerve damage, I feel tired/sleepy often, even when I get decent sleep, so I can fully sympathise and empathise with you on the sleeping part, can't say I've ever peed myself in class though. Maybe caffeine tablets, like Pro Plus, or some strong caffeinated drink before classes? I'd also recommend seeing a general practitioner (doctor) to see if there is an underlying medical problem.
