Today, I flew into Denver. Never having been here before, I was excited to see the view from our window. In the middle seat, I leaned over to look - at the same time yawning to relieve pressure in my ears. The yawning caused me to drool on the stranger sitting next to me. FML

yeah it's really helpful to yawn when on a plane, but never yawn in front of someone!

Not in front of, on top of. I don't know why OP had to lean on the person, you can see perfectly well out the window from the middle seat without squashing people.

It's a little gross but it's not the end of the world. It wasn't intentional, apologize and move on. As for everyone else who's getting on the OP for leaning over, for all we know she/he probably asked permission to do so.
