Hey @#8-- A sensitive guy IS a turn-on. My boyfriend and I went and saw Marley & Me, and we both cried at the end. I thought it was the cutest thing. Sorry if you have no emotions... but it is okay for guys to cry.
I think crying shows that you are a real man. A real man can actually show feelings, and that scene is really sad. My eyes tear up when I watch this part and I am a twenty-year-old girl. I love sensitive men, and would not care if my date cried. I would just hold him while until he was okay. Don't worry about it. Any girl worth having would love you for who you are tears or no tears. There is nothing wrong with a man crying and then everyone wonders why men don't talk about emotions. A lot of the time they get treated poorly being called a pussy or gay. Being kind or having emotions makes someone open and human. If you have no emotions you are a robot and I pity you more than anything. Also "The Lion King" is based off of "Hamlet". This scene depicts Mufasa (King Hamlet) being murdered by his brother (Claudius) in order to usurp the throne. Same plotlines just the order of events is changed to be more easy to follow and the ending is different to be appropriate for children. OP Don't change who you are. Crying doesn't make you a pussy, it makes you human. I think you need a hug and a shoulder to cry on. All the guys saying you need to 'turn in your testicles' are insecure little pricks. If she doesn't like you after this, she will never like you for who you really are. If so, dump her and find a girl that will. I wish you the best on this one. -hugs-.
...my sister didnt even cry at that and she cries at alot of things in movies, and your a guy. I think there might be a limit on how sensitive a guy should be...
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH 272!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MY FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME! (hense my username) Yea it's a cartoon-it's best off of one of the books (Hamlet--like said) from one of the greatest writers of all time, but it's sad when anyone dies! Would she prefer it be real people? I cried too, even if I am a girl! And how to even compare Bambi to Lion King..........we didn't see babmi's mother die...we heard a gun shot......we SAW Mufasa DIE! Anyways, I think you are a sensitive and caring guy! Most SANE girls will like that in you...guys who don't cry try to be tough, and most are assholes anyway. They ought to turn their testicleds in and try some emotion. Not going to bore anymore, have more but won't share.I hope things are better if you two are still together, if not find a girl that will cry with you and not criticize you for showing your true self.
awww
Aw, don't feel bad. I cried when Mufasa died too. ...Of course I was five, and I'm a girl, so it's socially acceptable when I cry...
i love you.
